WEAR INSTRUCTIONS: Wrap support around forearm 2-3" (50-75mm) below elbow with pad on the outer side.  Use padded area to provide comfort where you feel the most pain. Tension as required and secure with Velcro.  

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.  Do not use fabric softener or bleach.  Allow to air dry - DO NOT use heat.

CONTENTS: 60% Neoprene, 30% Nylon, 10% Silicon Gel
